yes it is WHOLLY important that the round strips and chambers properly without getting caught in any geometry.

One thing I've wanted to do for a long time was drop the lattice eye meshes and go with a 2D plane with a parallax texture for displacement. Just had to learn how to properly use the UV Warp modifiers but it should be more compatible for porting in general.

Revising the yoko model, going for a more anime-esque look and dropping the detailed materials.
