What do we want? The team that is in the playoffs for the first time (Charge) or the defending champions (Frost)?

It's also the second year in a row that the team that "picked" who they wanted to face in the first round was eliminated by them. Curious to see if that remains a rule in the league.

It's official, the Minnesota Frost and Ottawa Charge are both headed to the Walter Cup Finals. Ironic that just a few weeks ago both teams were fighting for a spot in the playoffs.

The Boston Fleet season comes to an end after a horrific 8-1 loss against the Minnesota Frost.

4,975 fans came to Lowell for the potential playoff-clinching match up. The 7-1 game is one minute from ending the Fleet's season.

In the 21 years of my life I have never once seen a hockey team pull their goalie with over 16 minutes remaining in the game.

The Fleet have pulled Klara Peslarova with 16:45 remaining in the game. They currently are down 5-0.

Ottawa won the game in OT. The Fleet are trailing 5 - 0. Unless the Fleet make a miracle comeback, the Fleet are out of the playoffs.

Although the game is not going in the Fleet's favor, the crowd is loud. Mostly while boo'ing Curl, but what else is there to make noise about in this game?
