Back from the GP's after a PSA blood test. The GP advised a 48hr abstinence from cycling, gym and ejaculation as they all affect the prostate. They cancelled the first appt so it was a 96hr abstinence. The weather warning says to stay indoors and not to exercise. I mean, what am I supposed to do???

More Brewery kit gone. To add to kit now being used for ice cream and for kimbucha, I now have kit gone to be used for coldstoring potatoes and for scalding chicken carcasses prior to plucking.

The good news is that we're going to say goodbye to the humongous potholes on our road. And they're doing a proper resurface, not a splash and dash temp repair. The bad news is that they're doing it at night. They're working up the road tonight and tomo they're doing our stretch of road.

I was out for a pub lunch earlier (around lunchtime would you believe) and was much taken by this urinal splash guard. Apols to those of a female persuasion who until this point had lived a full life without knowing about urinal splash guards.
