Woke up this AM with a mildly sore low back. Chalked it up to usual combo of being 42 & sleeping wrong. It’s gotten worse all day. We are now at can’t walk around/sit down/stand up without something for my arms/upper body to lean/pull on. So internet - any suggestions? Please!
