Wondering how my VTM story tellers decide how some of these abilities work. For instance if an elder kindred uses majesty. I’ve seen games where it literally makes another vampire pretty much be under the thumb of an elder for longer then just a scene.

For whatever my first game is for vampire the masquerade if ministry is involved - vampire name “Sever” - clan “ministry” Concept “Underground document Forger” Sever in life helped people in unsafe situations relocate. In death does the same but also helps relocate the undead as well.
