Good reminder to not assume the worst just because you recognize something as AI in a creator works. A lot of us are trying our best to avoid it, but AI has been designed to be increasingly harder to recognize as its being spread out. Fight against those openly using AI, they are the real threat.

This post does give me soem weird mixed throughs, as i agree that "humanity is the real bad guy" is a bit trite and kind of blame people for just defending themselves. but i do also like the trope where humans are really not any better than the monsters they fight. They just arent winning anymore.

Id say that a mechanic describes a way to interact with a game while a rule instructs you on the limitations behind said mechanics. TTRPG require rules as unlike videogames, the mechanics arent hard-coded and ambiguity will often arise as how exactly they should work.

Okay, now that I'm pretty much done with my playthrough, here would be my final thoughts about #BuffetKnight's The game is a very fun and creative, perfectly marrying kirby and zelda gameplay into something that is reminiscent of the two franchise but also has a lot of charm of its own.

Ive seen quite a few people commenting on how there no work or effort in this, but i actually disagree as the actual employees probably were miserable and overworked as they tried to wrestle with the shitty ai to make it do what the execs demanded. There isnt less work, just less people to pay

Twists are a pretty interesting subject to me. Overall, my stance would be that while twists by themselves are cool, at their core, they should be about reframing the story. Something about the world, a character or the very narrative was concealed, but what exactly does this new knowledge mean?
