How was your Friday? We have a 4-day week at Fèis Rois. Sometimes I work 4-days, sometimes I work my hours over 5 days to fit with childcare. Yesterday, I ate healthy food, journaled & swam in the sea. How do you support employee wellbeing & do you model it yourself? The last part isn’t always easy!

I’m delighted that Fèis Rois has been invited to coordinate the celebrations for ‘Dingwall 800’ next year.
