I just got to deliver the news that a staff member I have been advocating for to get promoted got TWO Promotions! I've been trying to get her promoted for about 3 years now, so we were both celebrating. (That's my mini-me, for those who remember, the one who copies everything I do.) Happy news.

I left an empty plant pot in the garden for a while and it's been raining pretty much constantly for months. I went to clean it out and reuse it, but it's now full of water and there are tadpoles in it, so... that's an ecosystem now.
