Yesterday I did 4x400yds at 7:20 pace, followed by 2x200 yds at 5:32 pace. That 5:30min/mi is a full sprint for me. Total was 4.5 miles in about 43 minutes, including my warmup, recovery, and cooldown.

Literally everyone hates family gatherings at the holidays. You always hear complaints and never hear positives. Memes all winter about how awful it is, none about how good. Why does anyone do it? You couldn’t pay me enough to attend. It’s relentlessly miserable and toxic.

It may be a tiny individual impact, but make sure you unsubscribe from email lists that go to your junk folder. It takes energy to send out those millions of emails. Don’t waste time unsubbing from scammers, but legit businesses, schools, charities, etc? Get off the list.
