not to derail, but the type of people who comment "where's the fic???" Are also the type who would never leave a comment on a fic. Fanworks are just Content to them, they dont actually care about the people making them

Is this a safe space? I would never comment on a fic to say "I wish this were a drawing, where's the fanart version", so I don't really understand people who comment "WHERE'S THE FIC?????" on art and nothing else. It's in your head, where it belongs after you've parsed the visual story I just told
