Illustrators who have worked with highlights, I'm curious, how are you getting work from them? Some of you have agents, some don't. A lot of it seems to be repeat work from people who have been doing these types of gigs forever. Is it possible to be new and sneak in here and there?

I've been keeping a spreadsheet of all the books I've read since 2012. It is one of the most satisfying things I do. There's just something wonderful about being able to create charts with a large chunk of compiled data specific to yourself.
