I've been critical of Islam (I've no problem with that), but that's not what this is: whips up fear/hatred re an increasingly vulnerable & targeted minority (not that that gets much media coverage). Even if you pretend that's not the intention, it's clearly going to be the result.

I'm utterly fed up with this sort of guff below. The big picture is that Labour are not a progressive party. They are under the control of corporate lobbyists. The big picture is that continuation neoliberal policies will not address rampant inequality, the underlying cause of most modern issues.

Allowing a man who ran a factional org that broke the law when it channelled secret cash to fund Starmers rise, & which then ran a smear campaign against journalists investigating its role, to opine on whats gone wrong for Labour & the need to come together, is frankly absurd.

TBH have no idea how much Mamdani has really achieved re breaking the status quo, but this is, I suspect, what opponents of the left fear most. If the left get power, and then *use it to recognisably and dramatically to improve ordinary lives*, they will win again and again and again.

My social media posting is in large part a modest attempt to redress the balance regarding what news/views get mainstream media promotion & what get downplayed suppressed, e.g. Palestine, the left. Those taking the mainstream line may perceive this as revealing bias, or worse.
