Because I have no other choice I have Starlink Satellite for internet access. For the last four days I haven’t been able to logon to Bluesky while using the Starlink WiFi. I can only access Bluesky by turning off the WiFi on my phone, and using cellular service.

Even though it isn’t #Caturday I have to brag on my sweet Kali. She’s a little former feral, but is now a sweet little outdoor kitty who had to go to the vet today for her vaccines. She screamed bloody murder on the way, but was a perfect little lady when the vet gave her the shots.

My God, we are still over a year away from midterm elections. What else is that power hungry SOB going to do in the meantime before we can even get a Democratic majority?

It’s so hot that even the buzzards want to just rest in the shade. They flew in an hour ago, and haven’t moved out of the shade of the trees.

When it’s too hot outside I put ice jugs on the patio for Kali, my little half feral kitty. It may be 99 degrees, but she is chillin out on 76 degree area between the ice jugs.

On this Memorial Day I give my love and thanks to my uncle Curtis, who died in a Japanese POW camp in the Philippines. I never knew him, (even my Mom couldn’t remember him) but have no doubt from the stories of my older aunts and uncles that he would have been my favorite uncle.

Poor little Missy Mae is insisting on learning life’s lessons the hard way. I’ve had a devil of a time trying to keep her from jumping on the stove, but last week she hopped on the burner just as I turned my back. She had some burns to her toe beans, but bounced right back.

On this #Caturday I need to highlight this beautiful, sweet little former feral, Kali. My biggest regret is not being able to acclimate her to being indoors, though I have tried countless times. She is the perfect lap baby, as long as you are outside, but ABSOLUTELY will not come inside. I ❤️ her.

You know, I’ve reached a point to where I absolutely cannot watch comedians joking around about Trump anymore. The first term was funny, but now it’s just plain scary watching them trying to make light of the fact that he is out of control and dangerous.
