The Hacks finale. Absolute perfection. I cried more than I did for Outlander. 😭🥹

As much as I loved the finale (and I did, I genuinely did love it), I did not want an ambiguous ending. 😩 To end a longstanding series like OL with a “choose your own adventure” ending was not my ideal choice. My brain needs to know. 😩

The fact that Diana made Claire live through Jamie’s “death” 3 times…. Culloden and their separation, the ship wreck, and King’s Mountain.

Woke up sunburnt and head reeling. 😅Yesterday was a lot. Almost a full day at Disneyland + finale. Like what do you mean it’s over? Such a surreal concept. This is a lot to process. There were so many ✨details✨ in that episode that were just so beautiful. But man, does this feel weird.

This is exactly why I put in PTO for work tomorrow over a month ago. Smart choices were made over here. Because who’s functioning tomorrow?

I’ll be honest, though. If you didn’t read Bees, that ending would be super confusing. (Even I have questions.) My little nitpick is that I wish they had done more to show us that Claire was the one who did it. She resurrected him. But they landed the plane, imho. I’m happy. So much to unpack.
