Pink-barred Sallow NFG to light in the North Hampshire garden last night, amongst 100 of 30. The last time I trapped this species was just over three years ago in the Staffordshire garden, when it was one of the first moths I ever trapped there. #TeamMoth

The second Plumed Fan-foot for the North Hampshire garden last night, after the first only a month ago. Swallow-tailed Moth, Maiden's Blush and Light Emerald were notable late records amongst 72 of 22; which also included the second L-album Wainscot for the garden. #TeamMoth

One of the Flounced Chestnuts that was trapped during this week in the Cot Valley, Cornwall. This, together with Feathered Ranunculus, are a couple of resident moths that have been present on each night in small numbers, but both unlikely ever to occur in the North Hampshire garden. #TeamMoth

Scorched Wing in the Hampshire garden yesterday. The range of species recently has been helped by quite a lot of latest dates being recorded. For example, this Scorched Wing appeared together with a White Ermine, which co-incidentally both had previous latest dates of 16th June here. #TeamMoth

Crocidosema plebejana NFG to light in the North Hampshire garden last night. The micros provided the most interest amongst 446 of 99, which included Citron Plume (Hellinsia carphodactyla) NFG, and Beet Moth (Scrobipalpa ocellatella). #TeamMoth

Hemp Agrimony Plume (Adaina microdactyla) NFG was one of 54 species of micro moth, amongst 326 of 91, to light last night in the North Hampshire garden, which also included Acrobasis tumidana NFG and Dichrorampha simpliciana(2) NFG. #TeamMoth

Scalloped Hook-tip to light in the North Hampshire garden last night, the fourth this year makes this the best year in the garden for this birch dependent moth. This was the first trap in the Hampshire garden for 12 days and surprisingly only produced one NFY in the form of two Nutmegs. #TeamMoth

Barred Rivulet NFG to light last night in Burntisland, Fife; amongst an upturn in variety with 517 of 80. The first northerly wind while trapping here on the south coast of Fife is probably the optimum direction and produced a few NFGs including Antler Moth, Rivulet and Beautiful Carpet. #TeamMoth
