So somehow I got tennis elbow which has been affecting my gym sessions. The one good thing that came out of my first PT session was that my hand grip was at 143lbs of force.

The last few months had made me feel like I aged a decade. From shitty work politics, mismatched job responsibilities, health issues, and getting sick has just made mental health drop. To top it off International Regulatory Submission for a work has kicked off and is in full swing.

Finally feel like 90% of my non-sick self. This flu was extremely annoying that came with body aches and fever.
