I need to change something with my life. I just don’t know what.

Every year at Pride I always feel like someone that isn’t actually proud. While I’m out at work and in my personal life, I “pass” as straight (I hate that phrase), because I’m single it rarely ever comes up in conversation, I don’t go to Pride events, and basically the month sort of slips by me.

So I won’t be attending Megaplex this year due to a bunch of expensive unexpected vet bills. I’m honestly a bit relieved. Cons have just gotten too overcrowded and huge and I think I’m going to take an extended/indefinite hiatus from attending furry cons from now on.

I miss you. I miss what we had, and the promise of what we could have had. My heart still breaks over you and that broken promise you made me. I’m still not over it and I don’t think I will be until I can finally stop thinking about the life we could have had together.

The dating scene within a 2 hour radius of me is such garbage.
