Finished developing some film today (needed to make up a fresh batch of fixer stock and have been away the last day or so). Found out that the second tank I developed was completely empty 🤪🤪 #believeinfilm

My late father bought several bottles of Nuit St Georges and it sat in the larder, not stored properly until he died. When we opened a bottle it had turned to vinegar. A horrendous waste but taught me to enjoy things at their best rather than wait for the “right” moment…

So finally caught it, nearly four years after it arrived on these shores. Very fortunate that the symptoms I am experiencing are no different to a cold.
