I had to add a lot to Dreadful Of Wolf and Gods this weekend to adapt it into a novel rather than a collection of short stories. Trevor's story needs to have a monumental moment where his motivations begin to be less selfish. Where he had more to accomplish than clicking his bloodlust for revenge.

I fibbed a little since yesterday. I probably won't go directly into Chapter 3 for the 2nd draft. I've decided that as short stories the end of Dreadful: Of Wolf and Gods, the ending is fine, but as a novel, I need to tie up some loose ends. So I'm restructuring the end of the #book. #booksky

Well, I didn't get any writing done bc my mother in law's gallbladder exploded while recovering from a knee replacement. Totally unrelated to each other. She's doing well, but will need surgery.

I'm going to attempt to get up early tomorrow and start on that second draft. I have a few notes on wording I need to change. The second draft for me is mostly ridding the story of passive verbs and giving the sentences more flair. Occasionally I fix plot elements. #horror #booksky
