I made some cookies last night. I don’t know why the powder sugar didn’ stay powdery on the choc ones. In the recipe they looked powdery but mine melted, also theirs didnt flatten this much. The meringue for the forgotten cookies didn’t get fluffy enough so they ended up really big and flat cookies.

Went for bloodwork in this new building in Muller. When I was given a tour of the new Austin Energy building in Muller it was explained that part of LEED certification for commercial buildings in Muller is that they all have a focal staircase to encourage use of the stairs instead of the elevator.

I found this patio in the building I went to today for a lunch and learn. I had a meeting afterwards and was going to take it here but the WiFi didn’t work out here so I had to go back inside
