and in general, I feel it's a good practice to repeat the exercise regularly and outside of scenes. meaning, casually asking at random times how they feel and never taking 'good' as an answer. force us to describe our feelings and emotions, physically and mentally x

if you're a dom... please don't take a simple 'yes' or 'good' as an answer. it is your responsibility to try and deeper understand how your sub actually feels. even if they feel good. you want a better description of that 'good'. perhaps you could ask them for three words to describe _how_ they feel

during a scene when my dom asks me if I'm good or not, I tend to default to just replying that Im feeling 'good'. even tho sometimes I might not and would in fact benefit from a break. I suspect Im not the only sub like that. might be because of deeply wanting to obey and be a good boy, or otherwise
