Just got a email from Air Canada they are GENEROUSLY refunding the ticket price of the flight they canceled from Windsor to Toronto which forced us to drive 4 hours, AND offered $400 for the 4 hour flight delay out of Toronto... both the legal minimum requirement. For our vacation in June 2022.
