Knew I’d finally be vindicated in not watching the football. Seen it far too many times already.

Only 3 times have a team who’ve taken the lead in a World Cup semi final gone on to lose. And England are two of them.

Tonight’s rearranged school summer concert has been cancelled because of the heat. I’m sure the football has nothing to do with it.

Got a day off. I thought next door was blaring music, but it turns out to be sports day at the nearby school, and they have a LOUD PA system.
