Good morning everyone. Please, when you hire our service, do not make your X accounts private. We need them open to continue with the import and collection. Do not delete your tweets before the IMPORT phase is over. Do not change your bsky passwords either, as it will obviously not work then.

Just to say that we will resume exports in 2 hours. We will provide more details about what we investigated, but basically there are instabilities happening across the entire platform (not just the migration) due to the number of users logging in today. Everything is going to be okay guys! 😮‍💨

Although exports are currently on hold while we assess the problem, we would like to remind you that collection, import and processing are running normally: so if you have not yet migrated, the sooner you place your order, the sooner it will be imported and processed.

Hey guys, at this moment ALL exports are stopped because we are again having some cases of posts that are entering with the current timestamp. This has happened before due to a change in AT Proto as we published here previously. We ask that anyone who has these cases, please DO NOT DELETE your post.
