Why #Nigeria’s strikes are a betrayal of the people

Perhaps it's what we reward as a people, but in #Nigeria we have built a country so devoid of compassion, that in 2025, some people think it's a flex to DELIBERATELY interrupt power supply in the name of industrial action, not caring about ripple effects.

Yesterday I witnessed God punish someone in real time. I was an eyewitness to the entire story, from the crime to the dispensation of justice. It was glorious. الله أكبر.

The ultimate expression of power is restraint. The ability to constrain yourself from using the power you have. And there's an element of self-preservation in it. Simply put, "Will I be OK if my adversaries use this power in the same way if the shoe is on the other foot?"

Benue State's pastoral conflict is now a relentless, year-round crisis, intensified by security drawdowns and soaring fatalities since 2009.
