0020 With 2% Slojo results after 12 hours. Overall this has shown the most promise. It does seem like overloading the material is a very real, and easy threat. Still pushing it if you arent on the dot with pour times, but it should be doable.

And the end results. Maxing out on the Slower DOES work. Perhaps a little too well. Mixing the slower WITH thickener creates an unintentional overly soft zone. The results aren't super consistent, but risky enough to warrant a lower % next run. Took 13H before peeling.

Alright, so actual prod update Because it's been Thunderstormy and Floody lately, I can't reliably use the Vaccum pumps for extended periods without risking a power outage and catastrophic accidental repressurization. So we're doing Slojo + Thivex tests for cresteds.

How that turned out. Instead of curing in 9, it cured in 2. Which is STILL too short to guarantee non delamination. So i have to up the percentage, while also being VEEERY fast regardless. Bonus, what uncolored EF0020 is like. You will never ever get "clear" with this.

Slacker additive tests. TLDR "Wow that's disappointing." 00-20 Became tacky and tearable. It'd stick to things, resist demolding, and rip/deform easily under stress. It's SOFTER, sure, but like, already attracting all the lint and has the durability of a backline DPS mage.

So, because the crests keep delaminating ( i.e. peeling off when they shouldn't), I'm gonna take this time to do some science. This is Slojo. It slows down how fast silicone cures. I need a 1% ratio of HALF my total mass. in this case, I'm using 0.15g for 30g for detailing.

On the topic of production; gonna start using the cure retardant to see if that helps with crest delamination. The problem I'm facing *NOW* is that the ratio is 10g:1000g. Which means for my purposes, I need... 0.15 grams. My scale doesn't go that low. So uh. This'll be fun.

Quickie; these ladies have not passed muster, and will be up for grabs as flops. The flaws aren't bad at all IMO, aside from the crest which has been silpoxied back together. Purple is in full 00-10 THIN, and the Definitely-Not-Copyright-Infringing one has soft boobs, 00-20 everywhere else.

First attempt with new Aphrodites. I decided to tackle the most time consuming ones that require the special pour cup each to get em out of the way. I think this backfired. Crest got a bit of delam, the Purple one had some tummy spillout, and I have NO idea what in the hell happened to the belt.

Prod Update! Aphrodite molds all finished! They just need to be Soap + Hot water washed, then dried before I can make the pours. By sheer coincidence they all also have THAT color pattern.

Prod Update Molds coming along nicely. New Podge, Gobknob, Bun, Wide Ponut, Lifesize Gob, AND an Aphrodite. The Aphro is part of an optimizing pass; the Crested Mold version is so much more consistent, so I'm phasing out the old Aphro cases. No dangerously thin spots anymore.

The caveat to having a BIG Fuckin' resin printer to make your tiddy masters in one piece Is that you're unlikely to find ANOTHER person with a SIMILARLY huge printer AND will print a tiddy statue for you of that size and ship it. Which is to say I could probably offer that service. Niches baby!

Prod update Goblin masters almost done, but then the gods decided it will rain for a week straight. Cant paint in the rain, so masterwork is put aside. Goobold done, but has a random bubble. I dont even. Pivoting to remolding and 0020 ponuts.

Production Update. Printer FEP got a hole while running. I cannot print while this is a thing, so any new masters or rods ( i.e. Aphrodite) will need to wait until I get a new sheet. Goblin Masters are thus the only ones I can process. 00-20 Bucket incoming.

An attempt was made. The black band being just -straight- horziontal feels like it's just a badly aligned belt, and looks like a joke. Which... COULD be adjusted upward. Also the "Spike" was a 00-50 silver Mica that I tried. I STILL don't know why it delammed.
