Panic attack so bad last night I almost went to the ER cause I thought I was having a heart attack. It's going to take a lot of mental strength the next few days to make sure it doesn't happen again. Once I've put some distance from that Episode, I'll be okay.

Fully commiting myself to work on the book for at least an hour on my days off. Doesn't have to be good writing, but I hadn't to write. And not get distracted by the urge to write fanfic. Like the multi-chapter Josh/Neku fic I've had in the works for.... way too long.
