RCMP saying Route 202 (Long Harbour Access Road) will be impassable for the next hour or so. Earlier they advised that efforts were being made to remove a transport truck from the side of the road. They advise that "Motorists can bypass by using Route 100 and Route 101."

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary has issued this statement on social media: "The RNC is responding to a threats complaint at the new mental health and addictions centre in St. John’s. Officers are working to determine the validity of the threats made."

BREAKING:A shelter in place advisory is currently in place affecting the Health Sciences Centre, MUN's Faculty of Medicine and the Animal Resources Centre. The public is being advised not to enter those buildings or the new mental health facility, or move around inside the building at this time.
