A thought I’m left with is how subs feel that they have to accept everything pushed onto them, even when they don’t want it. This is close to, or is abuse. We have the right to say that things may not be working for us. Being sub should be growth and nurture, it shouldn’t be harmful.

Almost at the end of my counselling training. Three long and enjoyable years of self discovery and practice and assignments! Soon I get to say I am a fully qualified and accredited therapist! I’ll be offering my knowledge and insights and skills to those that need support very soon👀

The thing about worrying about what other people are thinking, is why is that more important about what you think/feel? Often, it’s a deep rooted thing from childhood or trauma, driving a need to fit in or something, but it makes you think when you ask yourself that question.
