Interesting post. Most of this seems the way to go, especially with you kids. One thought this sparked for me is the slight difference between using Perplexity vs Claude/ChatGPT. Perplexity more often surfaces the raw content from search rather than summarising / presenting conclusions.

Doing research into color spaces has been fun. I still haven't decided if I'm an HSL or HSV kind of guy. That said, I'm really struck by this black & white diagram from a patent filed in 1983, showing how color maps to the HSL space (Hue, Saturation, Lightness).

Torrid time trying to get kamal to play nice with digitalocean registries. Using the same Buildx config across projects meant kamal was trying to authenticate across multiple registries and failing. Killing and recreating was the only way to deal with it.
