My thought is to split the game board into 2 or 3 pieces for printing, because tiny spaces, along with concerns over quality, if it’s like this. But the basic idea of what I’m thinking for layout and spaces.

Literally every time I got dry yesterday, the stingrays splashed me. Again. I swear, they were doing it on purpose! But I love them. Our southern stingrays aren’t naughty. Our bamboo sharks aren’t naughty. But our cownose rays? They splash! A lot! Especially our one named… Ray. So creative 😂

Spent my day with our sharks and stingrays. Got to pet the sharks a lot more than usual, they actually came over frequently. Chatted with our life science team about them and learned more about how they’re trained for medical care as needed, and got advice on my future from them.

Mentioned Con’s birthday event to mom, thinking maybe since she plans to be with my sister on my birthday, maybe she’d at least get me a ticket for my present. Nope. She reminded me she’s saving her money for her trip with my sister. Another year with no one caring about my birthday, coming up.

I hate jobs who give you less than 12 hours between shifts. I have to be able to get home, take care of Izzy, eat, sleep, get up, shower, take care of Izzy, and get ready for my next shift. In only 11 hours. At least give me a LITTLE bit more time to do everything I need to.

Went out for an hour with the pup I met at Pride, walking around the neighborhood and getting to know each other more. We only live a few blocks apart, which is awesome. Had fun! I’m really excited to know a pup in the area! And I’m so damn jealous of the pup play stuff he owns 😭

Power is BACK! Things are getting charged up. Art will resume this week! I work late tomorrow, and early the next day, so I’m hoping Friday, which I have off, I can do some art I owe.

Thoughts on how to do the enemy pieces and crew pieces for the game? I want this to be accessible for people easily. If you have skills and resources, you can 3D print things or whatever to represent them. But just flat pieces with names is… Boring.

Charging my phone in the car and typing up the Nose Card prompts!

Took my time to type it on my phone so this is easier to read, and messed with the enemy choices a bit. Might give you a better idea of what the game will be like.

Have a rough idea of the game board in mind. Maybe around 100 spaces to move. 2 or 3 of each of the good/bad spots, maybe 8 or 10 noses. I wish I could charge my iPad already 😭 But I also need to first work on my owed art before the game can be worked on.

I’m in that last 86,000 🙃 51 hours of no power currently. Managed to get a power bank from mom for my phone but that’s all it could do. iPad is still dead.

Still no power. This is bell. Wasting gas to cool off because I worry about Izzy’s safety. Down to 1/8th of a tank 🙃 But it’s my best option. Not much near us to help.

Can barely fucking see to write on these but I’m trying. My phone brightened them significantly. It’s much harder to see in person. Working on my idea. Very sloppy writing for the prototype 😂 Real thing would look much nicer with a computer or iPad. But… No power, so no computer or iPad.

Well. At least the power outage gave me an idea. I’m working on a very rough draft of something that I may design to be printed off by others eventually, if I can decide on some important factors. It’s OFMD related, though!
