I cannot stress enough that most ppl don't ever even think about calling their reps. I talk to ppl in my fam about it and they go "Huh? What?". But your reps work for YOU. They need to know what you actually care about. When we call in big numbers it ALERTS them, cuz they rarely hear from us.

I’ve always found phishing scams to be really funny because anytime one of them says my account has been locked or reported, I usually go “oh no I better contact the [company name] support via their official website or phone number.” And obviously there’s nothing ever wrong.

If you go to college and use ai for all of your assignments and not do any actual work; what do you expect to do after you graduate? You’ve not only shown that either cannot or refuse to do the work; and you’ve reinforced the idea that your career field of choice can replace you with ai.
