I assume either Michael or Carly is up to something and Elizabeth catches a stray instead of Willow, but that was still a super weird and creepy directing choice to end today's show. Willow's not home, why the stink eye when closing the door, Mikey? #GH

I don't know what they're trying to do with Kat. Whether she's mad at Eva and insecure and needs to prove something? Is she going to be manipulated by Tomas? But the big cloud hanging over it is that the actor playing Tomas doesn't have the chops to pull off a story that heavy. #BTG #BeyondtheGates

Jason is going to ask Ronnie to stay in town and run on of his and Sonny's fronts if she can deal with the PCPD like that. #GH

Carly sounds like she's trying to stop the boy she likes from going to junior prom with the girl she hates. #GH

That #GH airs at 2 in some places and 3 in others is what caused the confusion and the inconsistency.

Even if you wanted to do some sort of coercive control thing with Kat, which is pretty dark, you need the scene partner to pull it off, and Tomas can't. #BTG #BeyondtheGates

I know it's probably really tough to pull the plug on characters you created from scratch, but the folks over at #BTG #BeyondtheGates need to take a deep breath and two steps back and see what's not working. A ton to like, but some things are clearly not working and won't work.

I know they're never doing Liason again, and this isn't spec just made up nonsense in my head, but Laura and Becky would KILL a comedy scene where Carly is so desperate to stop JaBritt she tells Elizabeth to go after Jason. #GH

I don’t really go there anymore, and I know my ship has sailed, but scenes like today and yesterday with Liason are so important. It’s not even about a ship, it’s about their long-standing history. They were friends BEFORE lovers and #GH doesn’t want to regularly acknowledge that for some reason.

The Dani/Andre/Ashley/Derek quad is awful. #BTG #BeyondTheGates

I miss my 50-year streak of not knowing who the Secretary of Health is or anything about them.

I think Jason's kids should both be on contract and central to his story, and all of Monica's kin belonged at the service, budget/availability plays a bigger part in absences in individual shows. A lot of recurrers live out of state, and makes no sense for either side to do that for one show. #GH

With neither of them having a pairing, and the set-up story of her forgiving him and Jake not when he returned, Liason has made objective story sense since the second he got her out of that baked in the sun pool noodle's apartment. #GH

If he wants to submit, Steve Burton has another Emmy based on the last 2 weeks. He's been phenomenal. #GH

Katelyn did Steve and Bradford's pod again. Ton of respect for her and her work ethic. Clearly all-in on the work she does on the show. No surprise there though, I think she's been the best performer of 2025. #GH

We deserved this and it should have actually happened. And I get angst was part of their thing, but eventually the audience deserves a payoff. #GH

I hope Olivia is just....normal tomorrow. I remember being at a funeral when the deceased's kids were tearing up, but otherwise stoic, and the deceased's nieces were wailing so loud you could hear them across the block. Just...I hope Olivia is normal tomorrow. #GH

They cut the Liason part of this article. I hope that doesn't mean the scene was cut. Of every character reportedly at that funeral, Elizabeth is absolutely the one person Jason could be himself with and not feel he had to be strong for. Yes, I'm biased, I'm also right. #GH

The writing for Britt is objectively terrible. Love the character or hate her, they're making her snarky, petty, and unlikeable, which would be fine if you weren't then trying to sell her being paired with the show's male lead. #GH

"Jakey" is such a Mom thing, and I love it. Elizabeth could be 99, Jake could be on social security, and he's still getting called "Jakey". #GH

Steve, Jane, Wally, and Becky were all phenomenal today. #GH

Steve Burton and Jane Elliot had me weeping, today. A beautiful, earned, episode. Soaps can be a phenomenal medium. It was today. #GH

Katelyn and Cynthia were fantastic today. Just great build-up and not trying to overdo it early, so they could hit the high point to end the scene and episode. #GH

It's a soap. You've got a ton of creative license. I try to avoid 'well actually-ing' it. But every beat of this WSB story is terrible. It's not plausible, the characters don't fit, the show doesn't respect the very canon they established for the story, and it's boring. #GH

"WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME THIS THING THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ME AND IS NONE OF MY BUSINESS!?!?!?" - the Carly Spencer story. #GH

This episode is already giving me a headache. Annoying, insufferable, whiners doing Grade A whining all over the place. #GH

The right-wing noise machine has been bad enough, but the mainstream media whitewashing Kirk has been depressing. His death was a tragedy, an appalling act of violence. But he WAS a racist, homophobic, misogynistic, transphobic, bigot. Saying otherwise is cop-out

#BTG #BeyondtheGates needs to break out the Febreeze money and have themselves a good, ol'soapy, town disaster that kills off a couple of characters.

It's good actually to not launder the reputation of a disgusting bigot who promoted violence. He was not a good man, and we need to remember every single horrible thing he said. It is not condoning violence to highlight the horrific impact Charlie Kirk had, and will continue to have, on this world.

After the shootings in Minnesota, a GOP Senator made a joke about Governor Walz. The right will pretend some dipshit with 29 followers celebrating today represents the Democrats. The media will fall for it and demand every Democrat from Biden to a local dogcatcher condemn it.

The writing for Jason and Britt was terrible today. They're clearly going to put them together, which, fine, but today you had them confirm the very premise of Britt's concern. Jason ran off to Joss before Britt could finish her thought. So when Britt goes back to him, she looks like an idiot. #GH

Monica's goodbye is this month and I don't think I'm ready for the performances from Wally Kurth, Steve Burton, and Jane Elliot. #GH
