We do not live in a kind world. Powerful people are remaking society in their image and our leaders have abdicated their responsibility to the vulnerable. And so all we have is each other. GDQ shows that it is possible to simply be good, do good, and succeed. It is a mission of basic humanity.

GDQ has understood for years that trans rights are human rights. This isn’t a woke agenda, it is basic decency and consideration. If this is too extreme a position for someone, I’d encourage them to examine what they find disturbing about the message and how they got to such a place of darkness.

I never did get hooked on TikToks or shorts or insta reels but nonetheless my attention span and dopamine receptors are completely busted. Either social media algorithms in general that did me in, or video game speedrunning. But one thing is true: they both radicalized me politically

ALL THE PRESIDENTS MEN is very good. Some funny stuff happens, so these two guys look into it. They ask a bunch of questions. There’s a lot of typewriters and cigarettes. The newspaper and the television get into a fight. I recommend it.
