On this World NTD Day, we recognize the critical role of research in tackling neglected tropical diseases (NTDs) that continue to affect the most vulnerable communities. Through innovation, equitable partnerships, and evidence-based interventions, we can accelerate progress toward elimination.

The 𝗞𝗢𝗦𝗛𝗘𝗦𝗔𝗜 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝘆 has successfully piloted the study assessment and intervention with the first participants in Mufakose and Highfield. The study will scale up recruitment, until June, followed by a four-month follow-up to assess the intervention’s impact on older adults' well-being.
