And all those times I was staying up late, that was the disaster starter pack. I need to make it my duty to be in bed by 8:30 every night…

I realize as an adult I thrive better when I get up early to start my day vs sleeping in. I sleep in to 8am…I’m unmotivated for the entire day. I get up at 5am, I’m on the move!

My mom used to jump down my throat because I was always the last to have my room clean but really struggled to even get up. I can’t even say I’m going to do it, I just have to jump immediately. All those times I waited until the assignments were due to start…it all makes sense now!

Some days I am so unmotivated and I thought it was just pure laziness but no it’s ADHD!!!

I hate closed toe shoes so I never have much for winter or fall and get so lazy with getting dress but I been trying to do better this year!
