Yeah, banners on here suck. You're gonna need to use an image with a 3:1 aspect ratio (iirc 3000x1000 is what BlueSky uses internally?) and be sure that there's enough padding between the borders and the focal point of the pic because it can get cut off on smaller displays. (alt text for more info)
