I wonder if One Piece TCG or Riftbound will hit global release first. OP I think hits it with set 15, which I think is next May. Riftbound, allegedly, will hit it with set 3. Which, I have no idea when. Anyway, desynched releases are my least favorite TCG thing.

The thing that gets me about AI is that it still cannot even do something as simple as scrape Christmas imagery and make a mural. The bar is so low for this sort of public display and it can't even hit "Happy family's celebrating Christmas with no Thing monsters." Fuck AI.

Call it a hot take, but any game that used gen AI during its development, even as "placeholder" work, should not be eligible for the game awards. Fuck AI. Fuck companies that make their rank and file use it. It is a blight on the creative soul of the industry.

Love spoilers. All of these look great. Renata and Sivir, both generating free mana from doing things you want to do anyway, is very strong. I expect them to see immediate and successful play. Renata giving you bigger mana when ahead is kino. Definitely want to build Irelia. Seems fun. #riftbound
