Great to see USL @rhodeislandfc.bsky.social will host the upcoming international friendly between Puerto Rica and Nicaragua on June 1st at the new Centerville Bank Stadium. Just prior to both teams kicking off their next round of World Cup Qualifiers.

The #centervillebankstadium is incredible. Only an hour to go until kickoff and this place will look very different by then. @rhodeislandfc.bsky.social vs @sanantoniofc.bsky.social is the inaugural #USL #USLChampionship home game.

This is a great move by USL and opens up a new revenue stream. All being well, we will see the same happen in the men's game soon.

A hugely important day for the future of Soccer in America. The introduction of the new D1 league coupled with PRO/REL creates a true merit based ecosystem. One built on performance on the field, not the pay to play model of MLS. This model drives growth & attracts investment.

It's nice to see one of the biggest crowds for a Phoenix Rising home game in a long while. Some more folks are still in line for food as well. I hope they can keep this up, or build upon it.

A move that has been long in the works, finally coming to fruition. This was the next logical step by USL given the way many casual fans see the difference between Major and Minor leagues. It will be fascinating to see how Phoenix Rising address the stadium issue.
