As a “younger old” I need to be reminded my readers are less functional when on my head versus on my eyes.

It does not sound like an accomplishment but I went to a non-jazz concert in Japan and bought a ticket at the door for cash and let me tell you IT IS AN ACCOMPLISHMENT!

There’s a causal relationship between the majority of phans not caring about the music and only being there for the party and the band not caring about getting tickets into the hands of fans with fair practices and pricing and the sooner we all accept this is the reality the sooner we can move on.

This is officially the longest I’ve gone without getting high since I was 15, runner-ups are a tie for two 3-day stints I did in jail in 2000/2001. By the time I get home I’ll be able to pass a drug test!

Not a religious person by any stretch but was at a shrine today and said a prayer for our Twibe family in this time of communal grieving of another loss and was blessed with a good fortune (yes, you can get a bad fortune, which you tie to a rope and leave behind).

I leave for Japan in 5 days but I’m so packed and ready I could turn off the lights and walk out the door right now and not miss a thing. Checking this one off my bucket list and can’t wait to get out of this cesspool of a country for a month! First non-music trip in forever, just sushi and ramen!
