After a pretty good weekend, I cannot recommend yet more medical testing as a way to experience great joy. The 24 hour blood pressure monitor is my least favourite test. It’s intrusive & isolating. every so often I beep and buzz as it does another reading, it bruises my arm and disturbs my sleep :(
