Return to Silent Hill is everything I was worried Bloober were going to do to Silent Hill 2.

Farfield is currently at the stage where I'm working really hard on it, hours and hours each day. But it's all backend systems that don't really show on videos. a.k.a. The worst part because I can't spam you all about it.

Every survival horror game needs a save room ritual! Resi has typewriters and tape recorders, Silent Hill has the red square and notepads. In Farfield, saving means losing yourself in the static 📺

If the game you're making is conceptually similar to another game you like, that shouldn't really stop you. It stopped me for years. I never finished the game I really wanted to make 6 years ago because of it, and that sucked. I've since seen very similar games to mine that are wildly successful
