I've been working on a redesign for my website. The new hero is a generative TV. You can flip between live sketches.

I finally made a proper website for Fragment 🎉 Right now, it is mostly a wrapper to the documentation available on GitHub but this is only the beginning! fragment.tools Built on top of @vite.dev, @svelte.dev and Mediabunny by @vanilagy.bsky.social

Add a gallery mode to my creative coding setup. I can get Claude Code to fan out and work on multiple variations of a sketch at once, then spin them all up in gallery mode. All sketches get hot reloading, and if I click on one, I can go into fullscreen mode.

Making compositions like this is the main reason I’m building this app. It’s doable in code, but much slower than simply drawing shapes on a canvas.

It’s very much at a proof-of-concept stage, so there are tonnes of bugs. But the basics are here: - Any closed shape dropped into the artboard is automatically filled - Fill auto-regenerates when you modify the geometry - Tweak the params, or just shuffle to modify the fill

I've wanted to build a visual editor for my nalee system for years. I finally started building one with @tldraw over the weekend. Basically, you can drop any shape onto the canvas and fill it with the "nalee" pattern.

Experimental: PickyPalette — a color picker that shows you the weight of each color as you build your palette. See how much space a color claims. Every color fights for its territory in the color space. So you know exactly how dominant or subtle your pick is. WDYT? meodai.github.io/color-palett...

I went all with Tweakpane for the UI. The grid editor is a custom plugin and so it the color selector.

Made a lot more progress this weekend. It feels like a real app now: settings are broken up into multiple panels, there are lots more keyboard shortcuts, and you can select paths by clicking on them. It also allows overlapping paths at varying heights.

Shipping something that's been lingering in my git for years feels weird and good. RYBitten: a little love letter to the RYB color space. color cubes, ramps, spectral mixing, all the stuff i couldn't stop tinkering with. rybitten.space heads up: non-retina looks rough and mobile is untested.
