Yesterday was too hot so here's a Tummy Wednesday.

Managed doing a leg day at my old weights without causing pain or swelling in my ankle. We're back, finally, we're back.

You can always tell when someone stopped reading books after, or maybe even in, elementary school.

A very sweaty, post-gardening, Tummy Tuesday to you all. When the end comes, and society collapses, rest easy knowing I can grow you the juiciest tomato you've ever eaten.

First time back, lifting, at the gym last night after almost three months of my ankle swelling like a cantelope if I even thought about it wrong. Let's just say I have lost some progress. Oh well, guess I'll just have to keep at it.
