i managed to suppress the habit down to "blaming myself", but the habit of "blaming" to begin with is kinda one of those generational trauma i got to inherit isn't it even if it's not the same vocal yelling, as long as it continues to happen, even internally... but where else does the stress go

I used to have to stay offline when i knew a certain meme would make the rounds, avoided many social situations, and certain topics would send me into a panic. I'm a lot better now. Still sensitive, I still curate my spaces, but god, it feels like being free from a cage when exposure therapy works
