Does anyone know if this statement is true re: IV amiodarone for sustained monomorphic VT (from Uptodate 🙄) "Pts already taking PO amiodarone chronically are unlikely to respond to additional ("reloading") high doses of amiodarone. The latter may in fact cause VT to become slower but incessant."
