Last night I finally beat Splatterhouse 3, rounding out Splatterhouse 1,2,3 & Wankpaku Graffiti. That series is all aesthetic goodness with old, bad gameplay and control. There is a certain charm to Splatterhouse 1 and 2 that 3 doesn't have but 3 is one of those "you had to be there" nostalgia games

Forgot to say I finished the final ending (besides UFO) for Silent Hill F and while it was the best for closure that final fight is more annoying than cool. I really don't like how much they force combat in this game. If you wanted to make Elden Ring, just do that bro. Jesus.

Another ending done for Silent Hill F. Infuriating ending. I think I got what I would call the "Bad Ending" this time. So far my favorite was the second ending I got (third on the endings list).

Got second ending in Silent Hill F and it was so much better of an ending. I really think you haven't finished that game if you only see credits the first time. There's so much more lore and story in the NG+

I finally booted up Hades II tonight after bashing my head against Hotel Barcelona and it was like picking up where I left off 5 years ago. Like catching up with a friend I haven't spoke to in 5 years, we just pick back up and it's like nothing else matters. That game is scary how good it is, again!

Progress report for Silksong (no spoilers): - saw credits using level 1 sword (wanted to test skills against boss) - finished completion of every side quest on reload which includes buying everything and level 3 sword upgrades - got all fleas

Reading finally what other people think about Silksong, maybe it's just me but I really like the difficulty it impose... I just don't love there's no good QoL checkpointing for some parts that Team Cherry knew are fucked up.

Look, I liked Only Murders In The Building in season 1 and 2 but the diminishing returns was huge and season 4 sucked. I'm gonna watch season 5 but I'm not happy about it

While all the bosses in Silksong are awesome and tricky, there was only one so far that really kicked the shit out of me. Won't spoil but holy shit.
