Cheat day Woke up from my nap and didn't know what dinner was. I looked through the cabinet and found my emergency dal makhani and remembered I had some leftover rice from the fried rice. This barely counts as cooking. But it is healthy and tasty. Also accidentally vegan. Cost per person $2.00.
