Mad for it!

3 days in to the diet and I miss butter. Thick slabs of Président butter on a lovely pillow soft scotch roll.

Survived yet another redundancy/restructure. Exhausted but still employed.

One month later, still going despite the 5:30am wake up time for the gym.

Starting a cut today. 1 hour after I’ve had my breakfast and I’m already hungry and craving sugar.

Any recommendations for gym clothes, we can defensively go sluttier and more colourful.

At this point I’d welcome a water boarding.

Luckily I’ve only got 2 calls this morning then I can go back to working naked, in an attempt to stay cool.

I rarely impulse purchase, and never for clothes. But when I seen this jumper the other day I knew I had to have it.

I'm too hot and I found spare Easter eggs at work. Will power zero. I’m like a sweaty pig in melted chocolate.

February has been a fallow month from diet and exercise. It’s been so nice being a total fat bastard again, but without the guilt.

How do you handle a senior manager giving you the most patronising feedback when it’s their incompetence to understand and email that lead to a miss understanding? I nodded with gritted teeth, but I think a part of me died.

Finishing an indulgent week of endless food, with a yet to be released flavour of Tony’s. I bloody love my job.

Today my senior manager provided me feedback for my annual review Positives - I make a good personality hire. Negatives - I have to be asked to do things and don’t simply read people’s minds.
