We talk so much in education about honouring mistakes and taking risks but what key moves does a T do to create the psychological safety for this type of learning in a social environment? It has to go far beyond the 2 weeks of “Building Community” at the beginning of the year.

Reading about the importance of psychological safety: “…your perception of whether it’s safe to speak up at work is unrelated to whether you are an extrovert or an introvert. Instead, it’s shaped by how people around you react to things that you and others say and do.”
